ACP-5 Inspections
An ACP-5 certificate shows that a construction project is a "non-asbestos project". It certifies that, based on the scope of work, no asbestos will be disturbed during demolition or construction. In NYC, an ACP-5 is required when you are filing paperwork to obtain a construction permit with the Department of Buildings (DOB).
