Our Commitment

At Maypole we like to have fun but not when it comes to everyone's health and safety.  This is something we take very seriously.  We are committed not only to our own health and safety as we complete our work but also to yours.  We appreciate you opening up your home or office to our team and we will treat your space with the utmost respect.

 

Our team will take all precautions to ensure the health, safety and welfare of all workers, contractors, clients, visitors, and anyone else who may be affected by our business operations​.

Everyday Safety

Our management team provides all workers with the training and resources needed to ensure a safe work environment for our clients and employees:​

  • Information, instruction, training and supervision that is reasonably necessary to ensure that each worker is safe from injury and risks to health

  • A commitment to continually improve our performance through effective safety management

  • Personal protective equipment and clothing as needed

  • Guidance for reporting any known or observed hazardous conditions to their supervisor or manager

COVID-19 Safety

Below outlines the health and safety measures Maypole will take to ensure an effective and efficient inspection while adhering to CDC guidance to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

 

Health Policies & Procedures:​

​Health Checks

  • Maypole inspectors will undergo a temperature reading before the start of every job. 

  • Any Maypole inspector showing symptoms of COVID-19 will remain off jobsites and adhere to appropriate health guidelines.​

Cleanliness​

  • All personnel are required to use hand sanitizer upon entering and leaving a job site.

  • Inspectors will don gloves when deemed necessary.

Social Distancing.png

​Social Distancing

  • Maypole inspectors are required to maintain 6 feet of physical distance from tenants, clients, and each other during inspections when feasible.

  • Maypole personnel will avoid unnecessary touching of surfaces within units during inspections.

​PPE

  • Maypole will provide and train workers on the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), such as gloves and face masks/respirators as appropriate per the hazard to the worker as well as the safety of the employee, clients, and tenants.

  • If additional PPE is required to conduct the inspection but is unavailable, Maypole will reschedule the inspection at no cost to the client.

  • Minimum contact is encouraged between all inspectors, tenants, and clients.

  • Maypole will exclusively be using online payments.
